Hierarchical interfacial engineering of α-Fe2O3 via Al-MOF-anchored Ru for enhanced charge separation

研究概述

以Al-MOF作为α-Fe2O3与Ru之间的界面层,兼顾空穴定向传输和Ru活性位点固定,改善三元界面电荷分离及析氧动力学。优化光阳极在1.23 V(相对RHE)达到1.87 mA/cm²光电流,约为原始α-Fe2O3的2.2倍。
