研究概述
电沉积构建CoS2/FeS p–n异质结,将乙二醇光电氧化为甲酸。内建电场促进电荷分离,硫桥介导Fe向Co电子转移,并降低吸附乙二醛的反应能垒。1.33 V(相对RHE)下光生电流10 mA/cm²,反应后唯一检测到的液相产物为甲酸。
