Dopant-regulated intermediate cation disorder enables submicron-sized single-crystal ultrahigh-Ni oxide cathodes

研究概述

以Ti⁴⁺/Zr⁴⁺共掺调节超高镍NCM锂化过程中的中间态阳离子无序,促进晶界融合并抑制颗粒过度长大,形成约0.61 μm均匀单晶颗粒。优化正极0.1 C初始容量226.1 mAh/g,1 C循环200次保持79.5%,阐明中间态结构对单晶生长及性能的作用。
