研究概述

构筑MoNi4合金/P型NiO高密度欧姆接触异质结,以低界面能垒及定向电子转移改善析氢。约12 nm颗粒均匀分布、间距约10 nm,促进界面电荷与氢传输;10、100和1000 mA/cm²下过电位分别17、63和329 mV,Tafel斜率25.9±3.8 mV/dec。
