以强共价、低声子能量的稀土硫化物NaLnS2为基体引入Cr³⁺,获得980–1080 nm可调短波红外发光。NaLuS2:Cr³⁺外量子效率61.55%,NaGdS2:Cr³⁺在1080 nm达48.55%;封装LED在350 mA下输出169.2 mW,并演示掌静脉识别及无损检测。
