注册信息包括单位、姓名、身份和经验证的手机号或邮箱，保存在服务器会员数据库。密码仅保存加盐计算后的哈希，不保存明文。登录期间的页面访问、资料访问、来源、前台停留时间及网络信息会与会员资料关联，仅授权管理层可查看，用于资料服务与客户需求分析；访问记录保留90天。注册不代表同意营销短信。
使用安全 Cookie 维持登录并识别浏览器设备，最多3台设备、同时在线2台（近5分钟活动）。不读取 MAC 地址。可在会员中心退出设备；验证码重置密码后所有旧会话失效。中国大陆及未知网络不开放邮箱账号登录。更正、删除资料或注销账号请联系 rapidxafs@rapid-xas.com。
We store verified member profiles and salted password hashes. Visits, resource access, source, active duration and network information are linked to signed-in profiles for member services and customer needs analysis; authorized managers only, with a 90-day visit retention period. Secure cookies identify browsers, not MAC addresses. Maximum 3 registered browsers and 2 active in 5 minutes. Resetting a password revokes old sessions. Registration is not marketing consent.
