Performance depends on energy, sample and configuration. The brochure comparison table lists 4.5–20 keV, extendable to 25 keV; confirm the 25 keV configuration during selection.

- 180–240 V; instrument 3 kW, chiller 2 kW, computer 1 kW; five 10 A outlets; ground resistance <5 Ω.
- Environment
- 18–25°C, fluctuation ≤1°C; RH 40–60%, fluctuation ≤10%.
- Utilities
- 20 L water and 40 L helium; optional liquid nitrogen ≥20 L.
